Hi, I'm Lindsey

I’m a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer, and I help busy women lose weight and feel confident again without extremes, guilt, or living on a plan that makes you hate your life.

Most of the women who find me are not failing. They are exhausted. They have tried diets, tracked macros, cut out everything fun, started over every Monday, and still feel stuck. Not because they are broken, but because they have never had a strategy that actually fits their body and their real life.

My path to this work was not random.

Over the years, I saw so many women getting surface-level advice that ignored the bigger picture. Eat less. Try harder. Take the quick fix. Start over again. And I knew there had to be a better way.

I also know what it feels like when your body is trying to tell you something and no one is really helping you connect the dots. My own struggles with eczema made me even more passionate about looking at the bigger picture instead of just chasing symptoms. That experience shaped the way I coach today.

I have also had my own struggles with consistency, self-doubt, and figuring out how to take care of myself in a way that felt realistic instead of all-or-nothing. That is a big part of why I coach the way I do now. I do not believe in perfection. I believe in learning your patterns, understanding your body, and building habits that still work when life gets messy.

My approach is rooted in sustainable nutrition, strength-based movement, and mindset that holds up when life gets chaotic. We focus on consistency, not perfection, so you can feel strong, in control, and proud of yourself again.

MY STORY

For a long time, I watched women do everything “right” and still feel like they were getting nowhere.

The weight would not budge. Their energy kept crashing. Nighttime cravings hit hard. And their confidence took a beating in the process.

And the advice they were getting?

Usually some version of:

“Here’s a quick fix.”

Neither one respects real life. And neither one teaches the skills that actually make change stick.

As an APRN and Certified Personal Trainer, I became obsessed with finding a better way. One that blends education, strategy, and support.

Not a perfect routine, but a repeatable one.
Not a plan built for a calm week in January, but one that works on busy Tuesdays, during stress, during travel, and during the “I’m over it” moments.
