I’m an APRN and Certified Personal Trainer, and I help busy women lose weight and feel confident again—without extremes, guilt, or living on a plan that makes you hate your life.

Most of the women who find me aren’t failing… they’re exhausted. They’ve tried diets, tracked macros, cut everything fun, started over every Monday, and still feel stuck. Not because they’re broken—because they’ve never had a strategy that actually fits their body and their real life.

My approach is rooted in sustainable nutrition, strength-based movement, and mindset that holds up when life gets chaotic. We focus on consistency, not perfection—so you can feel strong, in control, and proud of yourself again.

MY STORY

For a long time, I watched women do everything “right” and still feel like they were losing—weight not budging, energy crashing, cravings hitting hard at night, and confidence taking a beating in the process.

And the advice they were getting? It usually fell into two unhelpful camps:
1) “Try harder.”
2) “Here’s a quick fix.”

Neither one respects real life. And neither one teaches the skills that make change stick.

As an APRN and a trainer, I became obsessed with a better way—one that blends education, strategy, and support. Not a perfect routine… but a repeatable one. Not a plan built for a calm week in January… but a plan that works on Tuesdays, during stress, during travel, during the “I’m over it” moments.
